They were willing to go to impressive lengths to make sure the car was as I wanted it, including letting me put it on a lift to see it from underneath and removing an aftermarket alarm system the previous owner had installed. Everybody I worked with was super helpful, and my sales rep Liz was especially patient with all my questions and asks before leaving with the car. The process was hassle free and much quicker than I've come to expect from dealerships.

The management is horrendous (Mark Girlich). He was avoiding my calls trying to sell a car I had put a deposit on. That is the point of the deposit, to keep the car you want until you can go in to pick it up. My salesman called me and I asked to speak to him again. All I could hear was frantic screaming towards my salesman (which was the complete opposite of Jack.) He called me back AFTER he sold the car I put a deposit on. I love the service department at this dealer, sales management is complete crap. There is zero communication going on. Save your hard earned money and sanity and take it somewhere else where you are valued. No one deserves this type of treatment whatsoever.

Joseph Cassello was rude and shout at me that he is loosing money because of me!? when I was trying to find out why he charged twice bigger amount of money, then he was saying for beginning He was super rude.
