Was looking for a new 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner last of the
Was looking for a new 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner last of the era of V-6 $Runners and Oaklawn Toyota had 1 coming in. I purchased a TRD Pro which has all the options,and is really aggressive looking and will last over 300,000 miles with regular maintenance. Having bought other Toyota's from their and them having a great service department, plus old school sales people I knew we could get a good deal.Talked to salesman Bob Spee who has been working there for a long time he kept us appraised on status when it was coming in. Got a phone call it was in,and asked if we wanted to buy it the answer was "yes!" We bought a 2015 4Runner trail edition from Bob and my daughter needed a reliable vehicle so we sold/gave her that 1, and wanted t buy another but had to save some more money. We met Bob last Friday and made the deal, we also dealt with Steve Hertogs the sales manager another nice fair man. We went to finance and had Dominik Gibek helping us navigate paperwork. Then when I went back to showroom the owner Ronnie Colosimo was there to congratulate me on the purchase ad to thank me for the purchase. When the owner personally steps out it shows the family atmosphere of this great dealership. The experience was unlike other dealerships no pressure just their absolute best price, friendly faces and the service dept is top notch this is the best place to buy and service your Toyota. I told the service manager last time we were in that a big reason for purchase was the service dept and Juan the service manager and his team that we have dealt with Frank-Joe-Sal and of course the friendly cashier Geri make it a pleasurable experience to purchase vehicles from here. No frills just deals and a home like atmosphere. We all do not want to spend money but in life you have places you feel you got a good deal and you gladly spend there this is the type of place Oaklawn Toyota is! See Bob Spee if you want a no pressure deal. They have put together a great team over many years and doing it like your family makes it great!

This is the worst dealership in history one of the managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and needing over 5k in repairs this is how they treat their disabled customers. Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers!

wanted to reach out to you and let you know how extremely disappointed I am in your company. I found a car I liked on carfax and reached out via online chat. I verified price as well as requested pictures from Diane Rodriguez. She stated she verified with sales manager on price. She then called me and we again confirmed price, model, year and mileage. She stated that she could not send me a picture because it was raining. I asked if she can take a picture from a far. We live in Aurora and it is drive for us to come out. She stated she would I then received 3 phone calls, and two additonal emails from other staff at your location. I never received pictures and so I started to chat again with Diane. She then sent me the picture and I continued to confirm price. Now the price went from $19,999 to over $36,000. I understand that errors do occur, but why wasn't this communicated knowing I was going to come out today to 99.9% buy this? I understand that as a company you don't want to lose money but how does your company not try to try to make things right or possible try to come up with a price that works for both of us? I hired a sitter at the last minute, had to find a way for my daughter to get to work along with my health issues of breast cancer right now. My husband just had a heartattack two months ago and this was a big commitment to us. Our hopes got up thinking that this weekend I will have a car again-mine was just totaled and I even canceled another visit with another dealership because if all went well, I would be driving that Infinity home today. I replied back to the people who have emailed me not one returned and I sent another to deleted my information. Again, errors happen but I am shocked how a company as big as yours would let a sale go without trying to make the best out of it. Communication was poor and this is very disappointing. Thank you for your time.

This is the worst dealership in history one of the managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and needing over 5k in repairs this is how they treat their disabled customers. Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers!

The staff were nice.
The staff were nice. Lauren in office was absolutely great. She kept going back and forth to me and mechanic about all updates on my vehicle. She was all over the place helping others. She was so kind and I like how she kept me updated on my vehicle because this was the second time I had to take it there within a few months. Inconvenient but I'm ad that issue got resolved but the other issue I had did not. The mechanic did take it for a test drive and check the whole front end but I still have an issue. There is a clung noise in front but the main issue with rotors was fixed.
