After making contact with the internet sales team at Oak Lawn Toyota, they were able to schedule an immediate appointment the very same day. I arrived and was greeted by Steve, the sales manager who introduced me to Edwin who assisted me in purchasing the vehicle I wanted. I was very particular about getting a V6 and other specific options. The vehicle I wanted was ordered and resulted in a two month waiting period due to my specific options. Edwin was great with staying in constant communication with me and giving me updates on when my car would arrive. This is the worst dealership in history one of the managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and needing over 5k in repairs this is how they treat their disabled customers. Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers!

wanted to reach out to you and let you know how extremely disappointed I am in your company. I found a car I liked on carfax and reached out via online chat. I verified price as well as requested pictures from Diane Rodriguez. She stated she verified with sales manager on price. She then called me and we again confirmed price, model, year and mileage. She stated that she could not send me a picture because it was raining. I asked if she can take a picture from a far. We live in Aurora and it is drive for us to come out. She stated she would I then received 3 phone calls, and two additonal emails from other staff at your location. I never received pictures and so I started to chat again with Diane. She then sent me the picture and I continued to confirm price. Now the price went from $19,999 to over $36,000. I understand that errors do occur, but why wasn't this communicated knowing I was going to come out today to 99.9% buy this? I understand that as a company you don't want to lose money but how does your company not try to try to make things right or possible try to come up with a price that works for both of us? I hired a sitter at the last minute, had to find a way for my daughter to get to work along with my health issues of breast cancer right now. My husband just had a heartattack two months ago and this was a big commitment to us. Our hopes got up thinking that this weekend I will have a car again-mine was just totaled and I even canceled another visit with another dealership because if all went well, I would be driving that Infinity home today. I replied back to the people who have emailed me not one returned and I sent another to deleted my information. Again, errors happen but I am shocked how a company as big as yours would let a sale go without trying to make the best out of it. Communication was poor and this is very disappointing. Erica from the internet department initially contacted me since I had inquired about a used car. She directed me to Bob Spee. He contacted me about a used vehicle that fit my son's budget but, unfortunately it was sold before our next day appointment. He contacted me immediately and continued the search. He called me within a week to inform me that another vehicle that fit our description had arrived and we met the next day. Thank goodness the car was still there thanks to Bob for informing us in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this salesperson due to his integrity and due diligence for informing us that the initial vehicle was already purchased. Too many times I have encountered a "bait and switch" at other dealerships and I am thankful to Bob for all of his help and kindness!

I wanted a Hybrid Highlander XLE with black leather interior. I knew I was probably going to have to buy new because hybrids and used cars are in very short supply so I was on every Toyota call list from Chicago to Kanosha. I got a call from Erica at OLT every time they were allocated a Hybrid Highlander. Edwin was my sales associate and I was very clear that I wasn’t buying until I had everything I wanted. I cannot stand a pushy sales associate and he was patient as I turned down not one, but two brand new Hybrid Highlanders because one had an interior I hated and the other wasn’t the right trim. The night after I turned down the second option, I got a call that someone had traded in a 2021 Hybrid Highlander XLE with low miles. I went to the dealership a few hours later to check it out and it had quite a few scratches on the doors so Steve sent it to the body shop to see if they could get them out and called me back a few days later to take another look. It wasn’t perfect, but they did a great job and it was everything I wanted. Marty in finance was absolutely wonderful to work with. The only part of the experience I didn’t enjoy was whoever is in charge of the optional add ons (rust and paint protection) and accessories was very pushy and said at least 20 times that I had only 2 weeks to purchase the add ons. I get it’s his job, but if I’m not interested, I’m not interested. Overall I had a great experience, it is now a few weeks later and I love my Highlander!

This is the worst dealership in history one of the managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and needing over 5k in repairs this is how they treat their disabled customers. Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers!

wanted to reach out to you and let you know how extremely disappointed I am in your company. I found a car I liked on carfax and reached out via online chat. I verified price as well as requested pictures from Diane Rodriguez. She stated she verified with sales manager on price. She then called me and we again confirmed price, model, year and mileage. She stated that she could not send me a picture because it was raining. I asked if she can take a picture from a far. We live in Aurora and it is drive for us to come out. She stated she would I then received 3 phone calls, and two additonal emails from other staff at your location. I never received pictures and so I started to chat again with Diane. She then sent me the picture and I continued to confirm price. Now the price went from $19,999 to over $36,000. I understand that errors do occur, but why wasn't this communicated knowing I was going to come out today to 99.9% buy this? I understand that as a company you don't want to lose money but how does your company not try to try to make things right or possible try to come up with a price that works for both of us? I hired a sitter at the last minute, had to find a way for my daughter to get to work along with my health issues of breast cancer right now. My husband just had a heartattack two months ago and this was a big commitment to us. Our hopes got up thinking that this weekend I will have a car again-mine was just totaled and I even canceled another visit with another dealership because if all went well, I would be driving that Infinity home today. I replied back to the people who have emailed me not one returned and I sent another to deleted my information. Again, errors happen but I am shocked how a company as big as yours would let a sale go without trying to make the best out of it. Communication was poor and this is very disappointing. Thank you for your time.

The staff were nice.
The staff were nice. Lauren in office was absolutely great. She kept going back and forth to me and mechanic about all updates on my vehicle. She was all over the place helping others. She was so kind and I like how she kept me updated on my vehicle because this was the second time I had to take it there within a few months. Inconvenient but I'm ad that issue got resolved but the other issue I had did not. The mechanic did take it for a test drive and check the whole front end but I still have an issue. There is a clung noise in front but the main issue with rotors was fixed.
