Nick was great! I walked though both sides of the lot and the sales floor and was not greeted until I walked out the second door and Nick came while my grandfather was looking at another car. Nick was very personable and understood we were just browsing and wanting to test drive different models to see different manufacturers. Nick was not pushy and just felt very genuine. He printed out some papers of inventory that would be coming in soon that he thought I might like. He gave me his number rather than taking mine so I wouldn’t feel pressured. After shopping around and seeing Oak Lawn had competitive prices, I called Nick and he helped with a smooth and transparent process. I will highly recommend!

I recently bought a 2025 Camry from Oak Lawn Toyota and I must admit I was a little nervous when I first went into the showroom. It's been about 12 years since I bought my last car, so I didn't know what to expect. Then my wife and I met Liz Cavez, our salesperson. She made the whole purchase so easy and enjoyable. Liz is a very friendly young woman who was very knowledgeable in all areas of the purchase. She made our purchase so easy explaining every part of the transaction. I don't think we had a question she didn't answer to our satisfaction. After the selection of a vehicle, the test drive and some paperwork, Liz turned us over to Finance Manager Marty Maggio for the scary part, the financing. What would normally be kind of stressful, Marty made so easy and actually enjoyable. Marty asked us the basic questions and explained every aspect of the financing. There was no pressure to take all the extras which some dealerships often do. Marty was very friendly and seemed to have our best interests in hand. With Liz and Marty's help, we walked in and left with a brand-new car in about 2 hours. That has to be a record for us. With employes like Liz and Marty, my wife and I will definitely be going back to Oak Lawn Toyota for our next car. We even told several of our relatives about the great service we received.

I wanted to write a review about my experience with Liz Chavez. She is a great sales person with numerous attributes. She sold my family our first van and it was a great fast experience. She really knows her stuff inside and out! She is very personable, professional and quick on her feet. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained things twice if I needed clarification. It was a great experience to work with her and I trust her. With that being said, when I had an issue I went right to her. I went through other workers that could not get the problem fixed, but I knew Liz could. She immediately took the time to call appropriate team members and attack the issue head on. She fixed a problem with my automatic start ASAP and I wish I would have went to her first for help. I ’m thrilled with my new car and loved working with Liz. Go to her when at the Oak Lawn dealership. She’s the best!

This is the worst dealership in history one of the managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and needing over 5k in repairs this is how they treat their disabled customers. Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers!

Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers!

The staff were nice. Lauren in office was absolutely great. She kept going back and forth to me and mechanic about all updates on my vehicle. She was all over the place helping others. She was so kind and I like how she kept me updated on my vehicle because this was the second time I had to take it there within a few months. Inconvenient but I'm ad that issue got resolved but the other issue I had did not. The mechanic did take it for a test drive and check the whole front end but I still have an issue. There is a clung noise in front but the main issue with rotors was fixed.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a new Corolla hybrid at this dealership. The salesman Mike Schlamadinger was very professional and guided me through the purchasing process and answering all my questions. Even after the purchase was over I accidentally left a personal item at the dealership and he volunteered to personally deliver it to my house, for my convenience. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied the entire time. This is the 4th vehicle I've ever purchased, and was by far the most enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and Oak Lawn Toyota to a friend.
