I woke up in the morning with the idea of financing a car being the last thing on my mind. I was a bit nervous when I received the initial phone call from the online sales rep who’s name is Erica. Wonderful person by the way. After coming in I was greeted at the door by Vito, whom I could tell in the beginning of the conversation was the perfect person to deal with. I could go on and on. Long story short, Erica, Vito, Jason, and Lewis did a fantastic job, and I’m overwhelmed. Great work guys. Toyota is very fortunate to have you be apart of their team.

I came with a good offer 20,000, and didn't get the sales representatives to work with the deal that I offered i only bought the vehicle because of supply and demand other then that I would have taken my business elsewhere. Don't appreciate the way the Sales representative spoke with me, he said I have been trying to reach you i said my phone was on silent by accident he said when I call you pick up. I'm not a little kid and I just purchased a 65,000 car that I didn't get a good deal on it at all, I would appreciate if Vito spoke respectful to his clients that just made him 5000 in commission. On top of just purchasing a 65,000 car the car is making crunching noises when I turn the wheel which I spoke with the Toyota Mechanic and I was told it could be the bushings, to add to it i wish i did my research ahead of time and found out that they have the ECT-I transmission just like Nissan has the CVT transmission nothing but problems so I press the pedal to 30 and the car goes nowhere and ends up jerking the vehicle. I never had a worse experience buying a car.

The service department is the absolute worst I have ever...
The service department is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I will never go back. Or recommend. The communication was terrible. We had to bring our brand new car back twice. When we were told it was ready for pick-up, we got there and they didn’t even test the remote start before calling us. It didn’t work so they had to keep it. Then they said they needed to order a new computer for my BRAND NEW car. My husband drove back and forth, taking off work multiple times. And not one person ever apologized to him. Not one time. Not Luis, not Sal. Nobody. On top of it, we dropped the car off with a full tank of gas and got it back with a 1/4 tank gone. It’s a hybrid so please explain how that’s possible. I am completely appalled and don’t know how they stay in business.

This is our first car buying experience here at Oak Lawn Toyota. Found our used vehicle through online websites (cars & autotrader) and made the trek up to OLT. Immediately greeted by Dominik Gibik who ended up selling us our car. Thanks Dominik! Frank was great to deal with in finance. Rob Halderson really went over the top, above and beyond, in everything else. He was extrememly inviting and friendly, the have a play area for children, and Rob made sure to take care of us on some minor issues/questions i had with the vehicle after we got it home and settled in. Literally drove the vehicle back to my home to personally drop it off and save me a trip. (45min) These guys are an absolute dream to deal with! I only found out that my neighbor's parents have bought their last few vehicles from here after i made my purchase. They love it here too.
