On a Monday I visited Oak Lawn Toyota to view a RAV4 I found on their website. At the dealership I met sales rep Rich Hertogs. I told him about the RAV4 I wanted to view and test drive. Rich found out the car was sold the previous Saturday. However, he pointed out that the RAV4 in the showroom was identical to the one I found online. We reviewed the car together and test drove it We also toured the sales lot for other RAV4s. We looked at several others and test-drove one more. Rich was friendly, very accommodating, and addressed all my concerns. I would definitely recommend Rich to others. Other personnel at Oak Lawn Toyota were also very pleasant to deal with.

very rude employee he doesnt know any manners wasnt raise well that person would overcharge anyone they just care about ur money these prices he was charging he was going to keep some for himself they charge me $180 for nothing and they would charge a old lady $3000 for some random things she didnt actually needed please inspect these people before coming to this place they got me three times they charge me $180 giving out fake 1 year warranty those are lies you give out xxxx is watching yall.
