I was very pleased with our salesman, Nikko Weathers, very knowledgeable and personable. One of the first sales people that I have encountered that really knows their product. The wait with finance took a long time, so make sure you allot for that.
Nikko was incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and incredibly personable. He was responsive on the phone and made it all happen, though we were coming from quite a distance. Even the final paperwork with Cesar in finance was a very positive experience. His personality put us at ease and reinforced the reason to buy a quality product from a quality dealership. Five stars!
Oak Lawn had a convenient location, right on 95th. The dealership looked clean inside. The waiting area looked clean and well-organized. It looked like they had a lot of people working there. Sergio was great to work with as well as the finance team, a few hiccups here and there but was resolved need to come back for buffing of the car and to check the front fender, noticed once we left the lot that the gas on the car was nearly at empty so was surprised to see that. Second set of keys was not available at the time so need to come back Friday and would like to know when the last oil change on the car was.
They worked within my budget to find me a car that drove well and didn’t cost and arm and a leg. They were upfront about pricing, and the entire loan process was done quickly and smoothly

Took my vehicle in for service today, as usual the service department from check in to paying bill is absolutely the best! The assistant service manager Sal, was phenomenal. Talked to Joe in the service dept he was in the usual great mood. The service department from the valet, to service people are always friendly smiling and they fix your vehicle right the first time. The quality of the techs,and they use genuine Toyota parts which may be more expensive but if you want the job done right, you go to the best!

When you come in, they greet you, and they talk to you and try to get to know you a little bit. The manager, Steve, I believe, was very nice and he was the person that greeted me and the person that assisted me was Jamie and he was also very nice and helpful.
