The sales departments lack of professionalism and follow through leaves much to be desired. And the sales person Nikko Weathers who touts his accomplishments of making sales in 30 minutes obviously cares more about hitting his numbers and not customer service. He is very combative and refuses to recognize when he is wrong and has made a mistake. Regardless of how much he sells he should be held accountable and to a higher standard than what he currently is. His lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

On a Monday I visited Oak Lawn Toyota to view a RAV4 I found on their website. At the dealership I met sales rep Rich Hertogs. I told him about the RAV4 I wanted to view and test drive. Took my 2022 Rav4 Prime in for oil change, met with assistant service manager Sal, who wrote up the ticket for work. Sergio was great to work with as well as the finance team, a few hiccups here and there but was resolved need to come back for buffing of the car and to check the front fender, noticed once we left the lot that the gas on the car was nearly at empty so was surprised to see that. Second set of keys was not available at the time so need to come back Friday and would like to know when the last oil change on the car was.
They worked within my budget to find me a car that drove well and didn’t cost and arm and a leg. They were upfront about pricing, and the entire loan process was done quickly and smoothly

Took my vehicle in for service today, as usual the service department from check in to paying bill is absolutely the best! The assistant service manager Sal, was phenomenal. Talked to Joe in the service dept he was in the usual great mood. The service department from the valet, to service people are always friendly smiling and they fix your vehicle right the first time. When you come in, they greet you, and they talk to you and try to get to know you a little bit. The manager, Steve, I believe, was very nice and he was the person that greeted me and the person that assisted me was Jamie and he was also very nice and helpful.
