Nice friendly and efficient service
I found my perfect car, Avalon Hybrid, on Oak Lawn Toyota's website. I got their internet price and scheduled a test drive. When I arrived I met my salesperson, Vincent Chen. Vincent was a very pleasant young man who took good care of me. I felt that the dealership was quite fair on my trade-in and, of course, they honored their internet price. Everyone at the dealership was quite pleasant. Oftentimes the experience of negotiating a new car purchase can be a challenge. But I have to say it was painless at Oak Lawn Toyota; and I love my new car!
Just bought my very first car from here last week! The service was excellent, particularly from Steve and Rob! My family has been purchasing cars here for a while and I was happy to see that the experience was just as easy, comfortable, and honest as it has been for my family members in the past. Friendly and good service
Frank was helpful and knowledgeable about so much when it comes to the care and financing of the car he gave us great advice about how long to own,what we really need from our insurance company, and so much more. Not to mention he was really funny. He had me and my mom rolling it was the best experience I could have asked for. Quinton Powell was kind and knowledgeable about what kind of car we were really getting for our money and took the time to answer all our questions. Will definitely come back to get another car from them in the future.
