When you come in, they greet you, and they talk to you and try to get to know you a little bit. The manager, Steve, I believe, was very nice and he was the person that greeted me and the person that assisted me was Jamie and he was also very nice and helpful.

I already have a Toyota that I had bought used elsewhere and had a question about where to get an owner's manual. I had messaged the Oak Lawn Toyota one evening and the next day Diana responded to me online and told me where I should contact. I got a manual that came in one day and I contacted Diana to thank her and I really appreciated her help and I was not even a customer of that business. But just because of her, I would be in the future if I'm looking for a car.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a new Corolla hybrid at this dealership. The salesman Mike Schlamadinger was very professional and guided me through the purchasing process and answering all my questions. Even after the purchase was over I accidentally left a personal item at the dealership and he volunteered to personally deliver it to my house, for my convenience. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied the entire time. This is the 4th vehicle I've ever purchased, and was by far the most enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and Oak Lawn Toyota to a friend.

I had the pleasure of meeting and having as my sales representative, Ricardo last December 2024 where Ricardo helped me and my partner with the process of our new vehicle. We got a 2025 RAV4 Hybrid Woodland Edition and honestly we fell in love with our truck even though they didn't have it in stock, it was ordered and it arrived earlier than expected. Best Christmas gift for me and my wife! Communication with Ricardo was 10/10 and the fact that he was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable but more importantly he was very honest. He walked us through the whole process and explained everything in detailed. Cesar, financial rep, was also very great in his position. He is kind and also explained everything very well!! Like I have mentioned that was my first experienced, last week we went again in search of a used vehicle and we found a 2015 Prius, &&Ricardo once again helped us and did an amazing job helping us get the best BESTT deal with Cesar wrapping up everything. Me and my wife walked out extremely happy with both of their help! Now own two Toyota vehicles. Compared to other Toyota locations, Oaklawn location staff overall are just honest. They don't try to add additional fees. Highly recommended Oaklawn location !

This is the worst dealership in history one of the managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and needing over 5k in repairs this is how they treat their disabled customers. Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers!

The staff were nice. Lauren in office was absolutely great. She kept going back and forth to me and mechanic about all updates on my vehicle. She was all over the place helping others. She was so kind and I like how she kept me updated on my vehicle because this was the second time I had to take it there within a few months. Inconvenient but I'm ad that issue got resolved but the other issue I had did not. The mechanic did take it for a test drive and check the whole front end but I still have an issue. There is a clung noise in front but the main issue with rotors was fixed.
