Ronnie Colosimo shares Oak Lawn Toyota’s precautionary steps to keep customers and staff safe.

Oak Lawn Toyota Family and Friends,

In these uncertain times, I wanted to reach out to you personally about what we are doing here at Oak Lawn Toyota to support you and your automotive needs.  As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety while visiting Oak Lawn Toyota.

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.  In response to coronavirus, we have consulted the CDC‘s recommendations for a safe workplace and have made our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

    • Every hour, a dedicated team goes around the facility and sanitizes doorknobs, coffee pots & coffee dispenser handles, waiting room tables & chairs, vehicles, etc.
    • Designated hand sanitizing stations are around the facility for customers and staff to use whenever necessary.
    • Hand-washing is important so we’re double and triple-checking our bathrooms to make sure dispensers are fully stocked with soap as we encourage regularly scheduled 20-second hand washing, per CDC recommendations.
    • We have also asked employees to remain at home if they’re not feeling well.

At Oak Lawn Toyota, we believe it is challenging times like these that the power of friendship and respect is needed most.  Whether you are in need of an oil change or purchasing a new vehicle, our team members at Oak Lawn Toyota are ready to welcome you with the level of friendship and respect you come to expect.

Ronnie Colosimo

President and CEO, Oak Lawn Toyota
