Oak Lawn Toyota’s President & CEO Upholds Illinois’ Revised Guidance Sales By Appointment Only and Clarifies Service Department Hours of Operation

Oak Lawn Toyota family and friends:

I truly appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time. As things keep changing, we’re working hard to adapt and provide the best service for you. 

I would like to clarify our hours with you so that we fully comply with the Executive Order announced by Governor Pritzker last week. Beginning today, Monday, March 23, our showroom will be closed to the public. However, we can admit customers by appointment only to conduct sales. You can make your appointment by calling us at 708-435-2205 or by visiting online at www.oaklawntoyota.com. And of course, our website is always available, 24/7, if you’d like to check out our inventory, research your next vehicle, or speak with one of our knowledgeable vehicles specialists! 

Updated Hours of Operation

Our Sales Department will operate under the following hours by appointment only:

  • Monday-Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Our Service Department remains open under new hours of operation. We kindly also ask that if you choose to use our pick-up/drop-off service for maintenance, please call 708-435-2204 to make your appointment. Further, since older adults and those with underlying health conditions are more susceptible to COVID-19, our Service Department’s first hour of operation will be for those vulnerable groups.

The Service Department remains open under the following hours: 

  • Monday-Thursday: 8 AM- 6 PM *7-8 AM reserved for older adults and those with underlying health conditions*
  • Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM *7-8 AM reserved for older adults and those with underlying health conditions*
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1 PM *7:30 -8:30 AM reserved for older adults and those with underlying health conditions*
  • Sunday: Closed
