Oak Lawn Toyota Updates Customers on Latest Hours and Procedures for June 2020 as Illinois Enters Phase Three of the Restore Illinois Plan

May 28, 2020

A Message from Ronnie Colosimo, CEO & President, Oak Lawn Toyota

  • Expanded Hours for Service and Sales Departments.
  • A maximum number of customers allowed in each building at a time.
  • Continued usage of face coverings and practicing social distancing.
  • Continued deep-cleaning of our facilities, including the proper disinfecting of commonly touched surfaces like doorknobs, vehicle interiors/exteriors, countertops, desks, etc.

As a proud member of the Oak Lawn community for forty-nine years, our team continues to work for you, providing necessary assistance during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Beginning, Monday, June 1, 2020, we are thrilled to bring you expanded hours in compliance with Phase Three of the Restore Illinois Plan

To best support our team and serve our customers, we will adjust our operating hours beginning Monday, June 1, as follows:

Service Department Hours

Monday – Thursday

7 AM – 7 PM

Friday

7 AM – 5 PM

Saturday

7:30 AM – 4 PM

Sales Department Hours *No appointment necessary*

Monday – Thursday

9 AM – 7 PM

Friday

9 AM – 6 PM

Saturday

9 AM – 5 PM

As we make this change, we will be limiting the number of customers allowed in each building at a time so we can effectively practice social distancing. At a given time, only twenty-five customers will be permitted in the New Vehicle/Service and Parts building; while the Pre-Owned/Finance building will have a maximum capacity of twelve customers. Further, we kindly ask that each customer join our staff and wear face coverings to further stop the spread of the virus.

As a reminder, if you’d rather stay home, we offer local home delivery, virtual appointments, and maintenance appointment concierge pick-up/drop-off service. Oak Lawn Toyota is committed to keeping you safe and healthy while providing you essential services during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Thank you for your continued support and patience during this time.
